    As many of the reviewers already, I ordered a sink and faucet. The sink didn't arrive with a strainer I had on the same order and the faucet delivery was delayed multiple times.     found this company while searching the internet for the impossible, trying to find a replacement for my 12 year old American Standard toilet tank that just cracked spontaneously.     Purchased a sink grid on June 29, 2011. My credit card was charged the same day. The bill said it would be shipped on or after July 14th. I called to find out why it took so long to ship and Mark said that it had to be delivered by Elkay.     Anyone with an issue with Ira Woods needs to go to the following websites and log a complaint. The first one is the FBI's Internet Division: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.     I ordered a sink on April 7th 2011. They said I should receive it by the 21st. after three additional weeks of delays I canceled my order.     I ordered and prepaid in full for a Cuisinart espresso maker that supposedly was in stock and ready for shipping within the week. Two weeks later nothing came.     Ira Woods has cornered the market on rude and indifferent customer service associates. Without a dobuth, the customer service reps could teach the DMV about how to treat the public with complete disdain. I placed an order with James in Nov. 3, 2009. Was told I would received the items in about two weeks. My credit card was charged on Nov. 4th. I received another message that one items was backordered and would not be delivered before Dec. 12th. Well, the $1539 wine cooler was delivered on that date. The only problem was that it was badly damaged. It was finally picked up on Jan. 18, 2010 and I am still waiting to hear what they are going to do for me. I am glad to read someone on this post had good service from KAthy 139 because I can not get her to answer her phone or return any messages. It is not legal to hold someones money for this long without giving a chance to cancel according for the FTC rules. I am working with my credit card company to get this charge cancelled without a restocking fee of 25%. I don't see how you could restock something damaged. But this company may try to pass it on to someone else. If I have to sue I will do so. Meanwhile my kitchen has been semi renovated for 3 months. Run ways from this company as fast as you can.

NO RETURNS POLICY - Avoid This Store!

I bought a Cuisinart Toaster oven as a Christmas present for my mom. It took Ira Wood more than a month to ship the order. When it finally arrived we looked at it and my mom decided she wants a different size oven. When I call the store it turned out they don’t take returns! They referred to some list of non-returnable item groups that I was somehow supposed to relate to the product I was getting. So now I am stuck with an item I don’t need. Never again I will buy from this store!

I ordered a Dacor microwave oven in August of 2009. The oven was listed with a 5-7 day shipping time. The price was easily $40 below the competition, and included free shipping. The same day I ordered, my credit card was charged.

I heard absolutely nothing for 14 days, then went to the website to check on my order status. I was amazed to find that my order had shipped the previous day and was due the following day. It was delivered the folowing day by FedEx. At no time did I ever hear from Ira Woods or receive any e-mails, shipping notices or followup.

The microwave was brand new and in good condition, and at a great price. I just think it is bizarre that I never heard a word from them.

Ira Woods stole over $620 of my money. This company shipped me a damaged bath vanity and refused to return or replace it, claiming they had no obligation to correct it, despite my immediately notifying them within minutes of delivery, sending photos etc. Stay away from Ira Woods. I am pursuing fraud complaints against this company.
